2~~Way To Go's~~ In 1 Day!

A great big pat on the back is always welcome. We are never too old to appreciate when others appreciate what we do and how we do it. Today I had my yearly evaluation as a teacher. It was rewarding to know that my principal is aware of the environment I have created to provide the best possible education to my brilliant special ed. students.

The glow we get from sharing success never gets old. My son, Tanner, is 24 and in EMT classes, and he shares with us every test score he gets in the high 90s. His brother, Cam, at 26 is in seminary classes, and is always ready to share his successes in school, and when he gets to light up the pulpit at church. We need to be able to share our accomplishments with each other. I feel so proud not only that my guys are succeeding, but that they take the time to let me know.

Tonight was our Young Life  banquet. It is so great to see everyone come out and support this amazing effort to reach every teen everywhere for Christ. It always makes me proud of Natalie's and my involvement. Tonight both my boys and their beautiful ladies, 3 of my grandkids and Ron were there to support Young Life and my leadership in it. Just wish Natalie could have been here since she is such a big part of YL, and it is such a huge part of her heart.

Wow what a day! 2 giant 'atta girls' and most of my family together. I am a joyful lady tonight!

In Him,
Joyful
