My son sent me a text today that brought tears of JOY to my eyes.
'i just realized.....opportunity is everywhere around me.....i just have to embrace it......i love this class that i'm taking i truly know its a calling for my life to help others....i'm excited about life again because i'm finally pursuing something i want to do for the rest of my life.....and i know ryan has a big part to do with it.....that's why you two are the best parents in the world. you taught all of us to be the best people we can possibly be... and we have taken that to heart....although we struggle and fall....you two are always there to pick us back up again. i love you both very much and can't imagine being one of the luckiest kids in the world and getting to be your son/sun :-)'
Tanner began taking an EMT class this semester. He has his massage therapists license and is going to be amazing at this new endeavor. His affirmation of his Dad and I is heartfelt and the best gift any parents could ever hope to receive. God gives us pearls just when we need them most.
My son is amazing and I feel truly blessed that he is stepping out with his life and feeling direction. How proud I feel to be his mom.

wow barbra that is such an awsome txt to get from him just reading it made me almost cry because i know that all 4 of those kids got the right mom and dad with you and Ron. there is no one else that could of done such and awsome job rasing such amazing kids.
