This is the season to remember the gift of Jesus birth. 

The plan even before He was born was for him to die on the cross for you and for me.

This is the season to think of others.

Who could use our help, our support, our generous hearts?

It is not only to reach out with our monetary gifts.

There are those who are lonely, lost, afraid who just need a hand to hold,

 a listening nod, or a gentle hug.

This is the season to think of yourself. 

What do you need in life?

Is it more material items to check off a list?

A friend?

Some forgiveness or forgiveness of others?

This is the season that what we all hope for is to touch someone else with our love and thoughtfulness.

This is the season when we need to be careful not to get caught up in the world's view of Christmas.

This is the season to fill our God shaped hole with Christ.

Spending time with Him is the greatest gift.

To know Him and to make Him known. 

This is the season to share the truth that with Christ you never have to walk through life alone.
