Standing in the Sun

Look at that tree

he's fatter

than me!

And he is happy

Standing in the sun 

just being one

of God's creations.

I wrote this on September 3rd, 1974 back when I was 18 years old and a size 8.

Too little time is spent just enjoying life as we are.

Here I am October 5th, 2014, 40 years later still envying that tree.

God, I pray to just stand in the sun happily being one of your creations.
