Spectacular Good Bye Party

Loved ones filled the church, the program was perfectly put together, tissue for each hand, let the celebration begin to unfold. Lissa began with her special prayer, supported by her Mommy, Aunt Nini, and Noni. She sang tenderly of courage and comfort from her Lord. Fitting that Ryan's daughter would introduce his life celebration. Then his older brother took the stage to tell about not only his life but his faith and his new found presence in heaven. Every word spoked was perfect for my ears and all who had gathered. Ron created the most amazing video played the He's My Son and the church filled with laughter and tears. Scooter was honored and remembered for his love of others and joy of life and his struggles with substances but also for his love for the Lord. Tom Steward, bless his heart for Ryan, brought home the fact that God does not only receive those who stay on the straight path of life. But explained God's immense mercy and grace for those who struggle and fall.

Closing this service with Ryan's professed LifeSong....What Faith Can Do emphasized that there is hope for us all and none have strayed to far for God's mercy.

My son is home in heaven wrapped in God's love, urgently getting reacquainted with Connor, his grandfathers, uncle Dan, and holding Aunt Emma's hand so she can meet them all beside him. Ryan didn't miss his life celebration in Los Alamos yesterday. Ryan was chilling in the heavenly celebration of his arrival with those he knew on earth and those he will seek out in heaven.

I know you will make everyone there feel as loved as you made all of us feel loved down here.
Gotta say I am going to miss you but can't say I am sorry for you. Enjoy my son. I love you.

In Him,
Joyful
