Pat

Sitting in a hot tub with a friend you haven't seen in months is where I found myself tonight. Pat is more than a friend she is family. We don't have to talk to each other every week or even every month but when we do get a chance to catch up, we know that we can say anything and everything that has been happening in our lives. The other great thing about friends like Pat, is that we both know that we are always in each others thoughts even when we aren't hearing from each other.

Lifelong friends like Pat and others in my life are the pearls that make life real. Life is busy, we all have a lot going on with our families, jobs and other activities. I thank God for my friends who are a part of my life all ways and always.
