Proverbs 11:12–13 (ESV)
12 Whoever belittles his neighbor lacks sense,
but a man of understanding remains silent.
13 Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets,
but he who is trustworthy in spirit keeps a thing covered.
Why don't I learn to build others up instead of sinking to the sinful side of talking negative? Lord, I need your strength to keep my tongue still in anger.
