God blessed me with 2 daughter-in-loves and I am so grateful. I say daughter-in-love not daughter-in-law because although the law recognizes their marriages, it is my sons' love for these incredible ladies that brought them into our family and into my heart.
When Ron and I found out we were not able to get pregnant my mother-in-love told me that God had the perfect kids in mind for us. She was so right! My heart wish was to be the mother of 4 and that is exactly how many treasures God placed in my arms. Back then I hadn't considered that He would take those 4 and multiply them with spouses and grandchildren. Now our Barbers6 has become Barbers12 and counting. Having in-loves in my life gives me such joy and companionship. I don't even have to say what those 4 cherub grandkids mean to me. Anyone and everyone knows the love of a Noni (grandma) for her grandkids.
So my cup was filled with each adoption and now it is overflowing with the love and laughter of this family I prayed for. All mine will be here for Thanksgiving including my Momma. What more could I ask for. How thankful I am.

I am so sorry for the deaths that occured in your town. How very sad it is that a person feels there is no way out but to take their life...what a battle must occur. I will be praying for all the families.
