Special Heartfelt Message~A Year Old But Still Special

We got this generous message a year ago on Ryan's Going Home Day. It has now been almost 4 years since Ryan left us. His death day is right between my birthday and Natalie's. Such mixed emotions this week of the year. Tearful gratitude for getting the opportunity to love Ryan and my other precious children. There are so many people that have become family because of  our kids and our community. How truly blessed we are even in grief.

Been thinking about you a lot lately. It seems like such a long time since I saw you last. I was thinking about your mom and dad and your brothers and sister the other day and they are awesome. Rock solid in their faith and family. Your mom is like the lighthouse of Los Alamos guiding people away from darkness with the light that shines from her heart and soul, your dad is a voice of reason in the chaos. Your brother Cam and his wife and kids are doing amazing things with their faith. Tanner from what I see on FB is going to accomplish great things throughout his life. And Nat has such an amazing gift of compassion and shows her kindness in such an admirable way. And above all of that you have brought so many wonderful people together and so many great and amazing things have happened because of you and the memories we all have of you. Miss you Ryan!
