Today is the Day to Enhance Your Beauty with Chiclets

 You were meant for this. This is not a new thing. Please don’t waste energy on regretting that you didn’t get here sooner or that you should have seen this path when you were younger. Now is the time and that is as it should be. So celebrate the discovery and the journey ahead to your future. Embrace that you are meant for this and you can put in the effort and sacrifice to become who you have always had in you. 

Sometimes we know where we need to go but are held back with doubt of our abilities and commitment. Worrying that if we fail we will be a disappointment to ourselves and others. What if we could worry less about those who might judge and look instead to those who will cheer us on to the fulfillment of our goals? 

My brilliant, creative daughter has been dabbling in beauty for her whole life. She was aware of how her hair looked even as a toddler. When she got older she spent her time beautifying her friends. This photo of my lovely daughter-in-love is one of Natalie’s creations. Brittney looks stunning. Who knew putting chiclets on her face would bring about this incredible look. Tiny gum pieces were the inspiration for this stunning look. Now that is thinking outside the box. 

Natalie is going to be starting school to be an esthetician. She will be perfect for this. Not only will she make others feel beautiful but they will look forward to their appointments for the conversation and counsel. This is the perfect fit for my girl. What I hope is that she embraces her now and doesn’t look back and wish she would have arrived here earlier. We all know that our rearview mirror is small because although we learn from where we were, we are no longer going that way. 

I am beyond excited to see how this unfolds in her life and the lives of those she will beautify. Her love for others will bring out their beauty on the inside as well as their appearance. By the way, this photo of Brittney was from more than a decade ago and I think she is even more beautiful today as a mother of four. However I have never seen her adorned with chiclets again. Hmmmm perhaps Natalie will come up with another clever idea for her favorite model.
