Last day in Greece with my Ronnie B. What a gift that we both had the health and means to enjoy this trip hand in hand. Tomorrow isn’t promised so these moments together are more appreciated as we swiftly approach the end of our sixties toward our seventy season. I’m so glad we chose to take these four days after the tour that was hectic and full of discoveries. Relaxing here in a private villa that has inspiring views of the sea has been beyond enjoyable.
Forty-seven years of marriage and a lifetime of memories we have embraced as our conversations are filled with stories that make us laugh, cry and simply shake our heads. When we look at life now filled with a growing family and remember days of infertility and the ups and downs of adopting how could we not be grateful? Our loss of parents and siblings as well of our son leaves hearcrushing holes that our memories seek to fill. For these few days before we return to life and its busyness we will cling to each other. The life we’ve lived, the life to come are a gift. Today is called the present for just that reason.
In Him,
Joyful
