Oldness Cream Is On Which Shelf?

'Hey Noni, you should get some of that cream that takes the oldness off your face. No wait, maybe they have some that can take the oldness off of all of you.' Thanks Miss Lis! Reminds me of when Natalie was little and made a similar comment when Ron came home from a haircut. 'Dad, you forgot to have them cut the bald spot off your head.'  Think I smiled more at that 1 than Lis's comment today.

Kids are so honest and simple. Like you should just fix your oldness and baldness since it is so obviously a problem area. Surely there is a cream or potion that will solve all our flaws. Guess in some ways they are right. Bleach creams, folicle stimulators,  a nip and a tuck will do the trick. Some of us just live life honestly, wearing our age through the onset of wrinkles, thinning hair and extra pounds like we had no clue.

I love little ones who simplify life. But my oldness will just have to stay put. I just hope that my smile lines are more well defined than the frown lines. At least, I would like to think I have spent more time with my face in happiness than in anger. Better go get the mirror and try to figure it out.
