Hooray, It is the Super Bowl

Super Bowl Sunday some love the football, others are all about the commercials, everyone is about the super snacks. This year I am not invested in the teams that are playing but I am always excited to see football. My hope is more for an exciting game than which team wins. Most years the super bowl is a time for friends and family to get together. By the time the game starts we will each be invested in one team or the other. Hoping one team will win or that the other team will lose. The sportscasters do a great job of highlighting players and their stories in the pregame. Even if it isn’t my team, the Seahawks, I learn about individuals on the field and get excited for them to win.

So happy Super Bowl. I hope you eat too much, enjoy your friends and family and that the winner of the game is decided in the final seconds of the game. By the way, our snacks will be Keto this year. Don’t feel bad for Ron and Mom. They will be eating well with all the bacon filled treats.
