Oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day.........Yesterday it was snowing and today the sun is out and shining the snow away. We will need to be careful not to drag all the mud inside from outside but oh how glorious to see the plants watered and happy. We went from snow boots to short sleeves in twenty-four hours. That is Spring! It teaches us flexibility if nothing else.
Tomorrow, I am going to Phoenix to celebrate my Aunt Judy's eightieth birthday. It will be flip flop weather for sure. Last week, I was down there with my two grandgirls and it was 97 degrees. That is definitely not snow boot weather.
It is our choice to complain about the weather or delight in it. That is true of everything in life. We can't control the weather or many things in life but we can control our attitudes. Let's choose to enjoy the sunlight today and keep our winter coat close just in case. Unpredictability can keep life exciting. We all enjoy when things get changed up a bit. Or at least we should. Don't you think? Preaching to myself here so I begin with the right attitudes.
