Mike and His Camera Provide a Natural Lens for Each of Us

My brother-in-love posts the most incredible photos of wildlife. It is stunning to see the poses he captures in nature. This one caught my attention and just had to be shared. The great blue heron has always been my favorite bird. I love seeing them in Arizona at my Mom’s and sister’s houses. This picture shows how regal they are just being still on a chilly day. Thank you Mike for this image and all the images you share with so many most days.

I really think you need to begin a blog or site where followers can understand the back story of your images. You must recall the days and moments. Perhaps you could even share some general locations and techno information on cameras.

Each of us have favorites that we somehow identify with in nature. Some call it a spirit animal, others just enjoy the grandeur or adorability of the creature. To me the blue heron is my favorite of the bird family but the dolphin would be the one I would most like to change places with. After all, the dolphin gets to chatter on in conversation with other dolphins, spend its day swimming in the beautiful oceans, and is not feared but enjoyed by others. Dolphins just bring to mind joy and freedom. They appear carefree and connected to one another. Maybe Mike needs to join us on a Bahama adventure to get some shots of these fun loving swimmers. I would love to share one of his pictures of a dolphin with you.

In Him,

Joyful
