Is There Enough Evidence To Convict You?

Every mother's dream come true, okay, maybe every Christian mother's dream come true is listening to her son preach about what it means to be a Christian. I am so proud of Cam and know his words and faith reach so many for Christ. God is using him and Cam is willing to follow God's lead, amazing!

Today, he posed a question that I just have to share. It hits home and makes all Christians take a hard look in the mirror at how they are living their lives.

If you were arrested for being a Christian would there be enough evidence in your life to convict you? Wow! I sure hope there is. If we are living for Christ it should be evident to all who are close to us. No one should wonder if we are Christians, they  should know we are.

It gets back to your priorities are best evidenced by your checkbook and your calendar. Where are you putting your resources;  your time and your money?

This blog, my work with Young Life have made it crystal clear to those around me that I am a Christian and I pray they will find a relationship with Him also. So at this stage of my life, I am not only walking with Christ but a disciple as well.

So there is enough evidence to convict me today. But it is a battle to keep our focus and boldness for Christ. 1 that takes time in His word and time on our knees. After all, living for Christ is a relationship and communication is the key to all healthy, thriving relationships. Wouldn't you agree?

In Him,
Joyful
