Noni Please!

Mommy please get my beefy legs. Then the tickling began. That was then, oh about 25 years ago to be exact. Now the tender moments of tickling are just as fun but instead of Mommy it is now Noni please get my beefy legs. The cutest thing is when I left after babysitting the girls continued the game and said, 'Noni please get my beefy legs.'  Even though Kenz and Kay were the ones tickling him. Funny!

This reminds me of a sweet little girl I used to babysit who loved to learn songs with me. I was teaching her, I Been Working On The Railroad. When she went home she ran around the house singing, 'Barbara's Been Working On The Railroad.' Kids are adorable.

I love spending time with my grandkids and teaching them the songs and stories I taught their dads when they were little. There is the little story about the little bird laying on the sidewalk, poor little bird doesn't have a momma, doesn't have a papa.....that is when the story gets interesting. So my dad taught my boys, 'then I smashed the little birdie!' Yesterday, I gave 4 year old Kenz our little princess a choice to kiss the birdie and let it fly away or to smash the little birdie. Yep, my beautiful little princess wants to smash that orphaned birdie everytime. Guess it is just more fun to smash it, poor little birdie, smashed little birdie!

Whenever you are having a lousy day, get yourself around some adorable short humans. They will brighten your mood every time and you are sure to end up chuckling with a brilliant smile on your face.
In Him,
Joyful
