Shucker Success

Nava Beans!
I had to buy these giant bean pods at Frasier's Fresh Foods. They were just way too cool looking to leave in the store. Unfortunately, I had no idea how to prepare them. They tasted nasty and tough raw. So I set my niece, Amber, on the task to find a recipe. She and Anna shucked them for me and then we cooked them in olive oil with onions, garlic and Siracha. Yummy! It is so awesome that we can just look things up on the internet and waalaa~ information found. Everyone really enjoyed a new treat that we will definitely buy again.

Doesn't my niece look cute as a shucker. She is adorable even when she is snoring but she wouldn't let me post that video.

In Him,
