Blueberries with the Grands and Tim's Generous heart

 Oh this makes my heart filled with joy.......Timmy sleeping under the blanket I made him that he sleeps with everyday. What a gift to spend this time with my grandkids. They are so adventurous, smart and full of life. Yesterday, we went blueberry picking and Tim didn't bring anything to carry them home in. His plan was to simply eat his way through the plants. When he realized I was filling my quart bags for his only boy cousin, Felix, he quickly began dropping handfuls of berries into the bag. Tim is surrounded by girls in the family. Two sisters that will be three sisters in September when the baby comes. Girl cousins with Lissa, Ami, and Raylee.  So he is glad that Felix made it two boys in the fam not just Tim anymore. Don't misunderstand, Tim loves all the ladies in his life. That is who he is. A loving, generous, caring guy who always thinks of others. Yes he splits his attention between those he loves, Legos and baseball. His sisters, Kenzie and Kayla are big sisters that share in these passions of Tim's. 

I never knew how blueberries grow and I was pleasantly surprised that they did not have thorns. This multiacre patch is called Charlotte's Blueberry Patch and the lady who owned it donated it so families can pick for free. We gathered about five pounds of blueberries in about an hour. What a legacy this lady shared of sweet goodness to any who wish to come graze and pick. As you can tell by the smiles and the goofy look of joy on my face, our tummies were full, sweettooth satisfied and proud of the berries we could share with family.
